We are looking for an experienced and motivated part time Lawn Care Worker to join our lawn care team and family. We provide comprehensive property maintenance and lawn care services to businesses and residences, in and around Granville, Vance, Franklin, and Wake Counties. As a Lawn Care Worker on our team, you will operate a variety of equipment including but not limited to zero turn, stand-on, and push mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, edger’s, aerator’s, and other common tools to create and maintain carefully manicured outdoor spaces. We are especially interested in candidates with prior experience in landscape maintenance, ground maintenance, aeration, irrigation, and fertilization techniques.
Lawn Care Worker Duties and Responsibilities
- Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
- Operate leaf blowers and gather grass and hedge trimmings for removal
- Drive a vehicle (truck and trailer) to various client locations and ensure proper storage of equipment during transport
Lawn Care Worker Requirements and Qualifications
- A valid North Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving and criminal record
- Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds, and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods
- Familiarity with common landscaping tools and equipment
- Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (strongly preferred)
- Reliable and self-motivated
