My name is David, and I am the President of Walco Property Maintenance & Lawn Care. I have always been passionate about the outdoors and have been performing property maintenance and lawn care for over 25 years. After seeing how some contractors were treating their clients, I decided to start a property maintenance and lawn care business that focused on a no B.S. approach to lawn care, reliability, and exceptional customer service.

Walco Property Maintenance & Lawn Care is fully insured and services our client’s lawns on a weekly or biweekly basis. We also can complete one-off or as-needed jobs when our schedule permits.

While we do offer as-needed and biweekly lawn care, keep in mind that the more consistent your lawn is maintained, the lower your cost will be. This is simply due to our crews having to spend more time on your lawn. Contact us for monthly and annual service plan information. As always, we DO NOT require contracts and you are free to cancel your service at any time.
